Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapeutic services that comply with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy to enhance function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
