Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room (ER) care to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during their treatment.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Day Shift
• Hours: 4×12-Hour Shifts (06:00 – 18:00)
• Block Schedules: Not Applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ER, assessing and monitoring patients’ conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform routine diagnostic tests and assist with emergency procedures.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures for patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in an ER or critical care setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
