Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to enhance independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance with standards.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with families for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Possession of an active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
