Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. You will assist patients in restoring mobility, improving functional abilities, and achieving their treatment goals.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately and timely.
• Assist with patient education and development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status effectively to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
