Neuro ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients with a variety of neurological conditions, including neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke, and spinal cord injuries.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals in the Neuroscience ICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols.
• Assist in providing education and support to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the ICU setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of critical care nursing experience required.
• At least 1+ years of travel nursing experience required.
• 2+ years of Neuro critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Valid nursing license with verification required.

Work Schedule

This position requires a rotating schedule of day and night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and every other holiday commitments.
