Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a critical impact on patient care.

Schedule

This position involves night shifts, requiring three consecutive nights of work; however, the specific nights may vary.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform procedures as required.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress accurately.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and active Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications are required.
• Experience in an emergency setting is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
