Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide essential physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will play a vital role in assisting patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment goals in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately.
• Assist in patient education and the implementation of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and any relevant updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong ability to adhere to treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
