Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Respond to medical emergencies and perform life-saving procedures when necessary.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Schedule

This position requires a rotation of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to meet patient needs.
