Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will work in various units, including the IMC Acute Med/Progressive Care unit and the IMC Thoracic unit, providing high-quality patient care in both telemetry oncology, cardiac, and progressive care settings.

Shift Details

• 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday
• Every other weekend and some holidays required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in acute and progressive care settings.
• Monitor patient conditions through telemetry and other diagnostic methods.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with ventilator management and care for transplant patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Telemetry oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required.
• Experience with ventilators and transplant patient care is necessary.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin and compact RN license are required.
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications from AHA are mandatory.

Additional Requirements

Candidates will be required to pass a telemetry test prior to starting.
