Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting.

Shift Details

• Shifts available: Night, 3×12 hours (19:00 – 07:30)
• Weekend and holiday rotations based on operational needs

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical environment.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to urgent needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Utilize Epic for electronic medical records and documentation.
• Participate in telemetry monitoring and other specialized nursing duties.

Qualifications

• Two years of acute care experience required within the last three years.
• Valid RN license from Wisconsin or compact RN license.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association only).
• Successful completion of a telemetry test prior to starting.
