ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate ICU Registered Nurses to join our team. This role is critical in delivering high-quality care to patients in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members as needed.

Requirements

• 1 year of RN experience required; 2 years preferred.
• First-time travelers are welcome.
• Availability to work every other weekend is required.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIH.
• Must be able to float within the unit when necessary, maintaining a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4.
• Local applicants are not accepted; candidates must reside 50+ miles away from the facility.
• Pending licenses may be accepted.
