Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care for our patients in a dynamic and challenging environment. This role involves working with vulnerable infants who require specialized medical attention and support.

Shift Information

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate families on the care and needs of their infants.
• Document patient progress and nursing interventions accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a Neonatal Level III ICU.
• Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are required.
• Must possess a valid Ohio RN License or a Compact State RN License.
