Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a 13-week travel contract. The position involves a 4×10 Day/Evening rotation. The selected traveler will primarily work evening shifts, with the opportunity to fill daytime shifts as needed. This contract includes two weeks of night shifts and requires flexibility to accommodate at least two short calls and weekend shifts within the four-week schedule.

Shifts

• Evening Shift: 1 PM – 11 PM
• Day Shift:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 9 AM – 7:30 PM

During weekends, travelers will be scheduled for 12-hour shifts along with 8 or 10-hour shifts within the same week to fulfill contracted hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and ensuring the operating room is sterile and ready for operations.
• Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to facilitate optimal care for patients.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Experience in a high-capacity operating room is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Limited requests for time off during winter holidays are preferred.
