Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technician

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technician to join our team. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, ensuring no weekend or holiday work, and will not require any on-call duties or floating to other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Monitor and maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Utilize the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
• Strong understanding of cardiac procedures and protocols.

Additional Information:

• Facility features 13 suites with an average of 5 cases per day.
• Scrubs will be provided for staff.
• One week of floor orientation will be included upon hiring.

Shift Expectations:

The standard work hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
