Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

This position is for an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on vascular surgery, including both open and endovascular cases, as well as plastics cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room.
• Assist in both vascular and plastic surgery procedures.
• Participate in call rotation as required, including weekends.

Work Schedule:

• Shifts: 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 hours.
• Weekend rotation: 1:5 weekends, working 12-hour shifts.
• Participate in overnight call as per specialty team rules.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.
• Experience in vascular and plastics surgical procedures is required.
• Level 1 trauma experience is essential.
• Current nursing license and certifications are required, with CNOR preferred.

• Number of Beds: 26
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Equipment: Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot.
• Electronic Medical Record: Epic.
