Registered Nurse (RN) – Urology Outpatient

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with outpatient Urology experience to join our healthcare team. This position involves providing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting, performing urological procedures, and assisting a surgeon and an advanced practice provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage patient care in an outpatient clinic environment.
• Assist with urological procedures including cystoscopies, vasectomies, and biopsies.
• Utilize bladder scanners and take patient vitals as needed.
• Ensure all patient needs are met promptly, with a new patient scheduled every 30 minutes.
• Maintain high standards of nursing practice and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Qualifications

• Experience in urology outpatient settings is required.
• Proven skills in performing catheters and other relevant procedures.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

This position is a day shift, 5 days a week, with hours from 08:00 to 16:30.
