Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while demonstrating strong clinical skills and teamwork abilities.

Schedule

This position offers flexible scheduling across a two-week period:

• Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Role Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health, record symptoms, and communicate changes in patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, procedures, and medications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational training.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state.
• Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
