Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the night shift. The qualified candidate will have a strong background in emergency medicine, demonstrating the ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in the Emergency Room specialty.
• Valid Ohio nursing license or compact state license required at the time of application.
• Current AHA or American Red Cross certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• TNCC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to emergency department patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and logs.
• Participate in emergency procedures and life-saving interventions as necessary.

Additional Information

• Travelers must be willing to work at least every other holiday.
• Completion of the ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment is required during orientation.
• An acceptable score on both assessments is necessary to continue in the position.
