Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, formulating treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions aimed at improving independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients as per physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
