Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Tele

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the MS/Tele specialty. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Night Shift: 3×12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient needs.
• Monitor and document patients’ status and progress regularly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months of continuous experience in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry setting.
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license or a valid Compact State license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification is preferred.
• One recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty area is required for submission.
