Sonographer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sonographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various ultrasound procedures, working primarily with patients in the abdomen, OBGYN, small parts, abdominal vasculature, lower extremity DVT, and follicular assessments. Experience in a NICU and operating room setting is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct ultrasound examinations on patients, ensuring high-quality imaging and accurate results.
• Work with the following general cases: abdomen, OBGYN, small parts, abdominal vasculature, lower extremity DVT, and follicular.
• Provide care and support to patients during procedures to ensure comfort.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of ultrasound findings.
• Collaborate with medical staff to interpret ultrasound results and discuss findings.
• Utilize ultrasound equipment effectively, including GE Logiq E10 and E9, and Samsung R20s.

Qualifications

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Experience in NICU and OR environments is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and patient care.
