Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide essential therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role is focused on helping patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve their treatment goals in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately.
• Assist in patient education and develop home exercise programs.
• Communicate regularly with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status.
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
