Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in alignment with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to enhance function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough screening, evaluation, and treatment of patients as indicated.
• Develop and regularly update treatment and discharge plans of care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document all services delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients’ families.
• Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Possession of an active state Physical Therapy license (or capability to obtain one).
• Demonstrated strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Ability to adapt flexibly to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
