Job Overview

A Mammo Technologist is needed for a 13-week contract with a focus on providing high-quality breast imaging services. The role involves both screening and diagnostic mammography as well as maintaining patient care standards and routine quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent mammography experience.
• Must hold ARRT(M) certification.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Applicable state licensure is mandatory.
• Verification of current MQSA qualifications, continuing education, and examination volume is required prior to start.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital breast tomosynthesis.
• Proficiency in positioning and ensuring image quality.
• Strong patient care skills.
• Breast biopsy experience is considered an asset.

This position supports a breast imaging unit that serves both screening and diagnostic patients.
