Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing therapy. The ideal candidate will adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines, while conducting evaluations, treatment planning, and delivering effective therapy to enhance communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Document services provided in compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families.
• Maintain strict adherence to all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication skills and clinical problem-solving abilities.
