Position Overview

This position involves providing in-home care to patients, supporting their daily living activities, and contributing to their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assisting patients with mobility to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Monitoring and recording patient health status and reporting concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance patient quality of life.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

Schedule

This position requires availability for days on a rotating weekend schedule, occurring every three weeks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

• This position may require floating to other units or locations as needed.
• We welcome applications from candidates with a pending state license.
• A familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
• Dress code includes specific scrub colors, which will be provided upon hiring.
• Parking arrangements will be detailed during the onboarding process.
