Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivering therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Document services in compliance with state regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication skills and clinical problem-solving abilities.
