Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled services in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehab Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexible to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
