Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience and will be responsible for managing a daily caseload of approximately 12 patients.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday
• Weekends: No weekend requirements
• On-call: No on-call requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment.
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the electronic health record system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outpatient experience required.
• SC Physical Therapist License or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License required at the start of the contract.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Additional Information

• Local candidates within a 60-mile radius may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be included at the time of application.
• Guaranteed hours: The facility reserves the right to call off one shift per two weeks.

Important Notice

Please be aware that during hurricane season, all staff may be assigned to emergency response teams. Hurricane season runs from June through November, with peak activity occurring in August and September. It is advised to avoid accepting new or extended assignments during this time if this may pose a conflict.

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily business casual, and charting will be conducted using the Epic system. There are no parking fees associated with this position.
