Surgical Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing assistance in surgical procedures, both in scrub and circulatory roles, while maintaining a sterile environment and supporting all aspects of patient care.

Schedule

• 4-10 hour shifts, 11 AM – 9 PM
• Weekend rotation required every 6 weeks as needed
• Call coverage as needed
• Holiday requirement: 1 during summer and 1 during winter as needed

Qualifications

• Current BLS-AHA certification
• Valid Massachusetts State License
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Current ACLS-AHA certification
• Strong background in orthopedic, spine, and robotic surgeries
• CNOR certification preferred
• Must be able to scrub and circulate in surgical procedures

Other Requirements

• 1 week of orientation provided
• In-house scrubs only
• Must have been separated from previous employment in the healthcare system for 6 months or longer
