Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a telemetry unit. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including rotating weekend and holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Assist in the assessment and evaluation of patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment to 36 hours per week, working three 12-hour shifts. Shifts will rotate between day and night, specifically from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM, based on departmental needs.
