ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate must possess strong critical care skills and be adaptable to various units as needed. This position requires a commitment to patient care and a willingness to float to medical-surgical units.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the ICU setting.
• Float to medical-surgical units as required.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
• Participate in nursing assessments and interventions.
• Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system is necessary.
• Open to floating to different locations, including Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed.
• Pass/fail testing will be conducted upon arrival at orientation, with only one attempt allowed.
• Two attempts to pass the Relias testing during onboarding are provided to prepare for onsite testing.
