Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical skills, with effective documentation and communication capabilities.
