ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in critical condition while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Position Information

• Unit: ICU Y4
• Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Requirements: 3 weekends per schedule

Unit Information

• Patient Ratios: 1:1-3, depending on acuity
• Equipment: Ceiling lifts, hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand lifts, and Baxter Sigma Spectrum IV Pumps
• EHR: Omnicell, EPIC, SBAR

Patient Population

The ICU manages a diverse patient population, including individuals with:

• Sepsis
• Shock
• Multi-organ failure
• Respiratory failure
• Trauma
• Neurological injuries
• Complicated surgical cases
• Stroke and encephalopathy

Requirements

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, RN License
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an ICU setting, with a focus on trauma and neuro experience
• Flexibility: Must be willing to float to other units as needed, including CICU, MS, Tele, and ER
