Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

An opportunity is available for a Registered Pharmacy Technician responsible for both hospital settings and retail pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing pharmacy management software, specifically Omnicell and RX30.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Ensure accurate medication compounding and labeling.
• Manage inventory and order pharmaceuticals as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.
• Participate in medication reconciliation and patient counseling as directed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Registered Pharmacy Technician license in Minnesota.
• Experience with Omnicell and RX30 software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
