Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care within the Medical Surgical unit.

Shift Information

• Night Shift: 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
• Day Shift: 3×12-Hour (07:00 – 19:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising physician.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in the Medical Surgical nursing specialty is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
