Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a long-term care facility located in the rural western slope of Colorado. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with established nursing care procedures, and as directed by supervisors.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents, including but not limited to personal care, mobility support, and daily living activities.
• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to healthcare staff.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance resident care.
• Fulfill holiday coverage requirements as needed.
