Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services that align with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to enhance patients’ independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to maximize patient outcomes.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
