Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Assignment Details

This is a 13-week assignment for an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with an immediate start date. The position requires flexibility in shift availability, with options for either three 12-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts. Shift start times may vary between 0645-1915 or 0900-2130.

Position Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Operating Room
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Preferred
  • Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) – Preferred
• Skills: As per unit designation
• On-call Requirements: Limited to coverage for unexpected call-offs
• Weekend Requirements: Yes
• Floating: May be required to float within like units as needed
• Block Schedule Accommodation: No
• Local Candidates: Not accepted; candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the assignment location
• Pending Licenses: Accepted, but must have an AK RN license in hand for auto-offer
• Time Off Requests: Accepted on an individual basis upon offer; all requests must be included in submission
• Guaranteed Hours: A minimum of 60 hours per two-week period with potential for one call-off per two weeks
