CT Technologist

Job Overview

A multi-modality technologist provides quality imaging and patient care within X-ray and CT. The technologist must effectively explain procedures to patients, ensuring they understand the process, while producing images for interpretation or as requested by a licensed practitioner.

Shift Details

• Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Qualifications

• Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant fields with adult inpatient, emergency, and Siemens/PACs experience.
• Certifications:
  • Registered in Radiography (ARRT) (R)
  • Registered in Computed Tomography (ARRT) (CT)
  • SCRQSA
  • BLS
• Preferred Experience:
  • Level I/Level II Trauma experience
  • Pediatric imaging experience
  • Orthopedic exams in both X-ray and CT modalities
• Additional Requirements: Radiation badge provided by the agency is mandatory.
• Floating: May be required to float to nearby facilities as needed.

• Radius Rule: 60 miles
• Local Candidates: Accepted on a case-by-case basis.
• RTO Restrictions: All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission.
• Guaranteed Hours: The facility can call off one shift every two weeks.
• Parking: Costs incurred only during nights and weekends, with a one-time payment for a parking pass.
