Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and provide treatment to patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Accurately document services in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and communicate with families effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT) is required.
• Possession of an active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong skills in communication, documentation, and clinical practice.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facility environments, schedules, and patient needs.
