Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Emergency Nursing and be prepared to work night shifts.
Shift Details
- Shift: Night shifts, 3×12-hour format (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Weekend Requirements: 2 weekend shifts or 4 weekend days per 6 weeks
- Holidays: As needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing required
- ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required
- CPI, PALS, and TNCC certifications preferred
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record system is required
- Previous charge RN experience and Level 2 trauma experience preferred
