Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role involves working in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines, to assist patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment goals.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and timely.
• Assist with patient education, including the development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control measures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one.
• Demonstrated ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
