Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The primary responsibility will be to evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy aimed at improving independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and treat patients according to physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and continuously update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in alignment with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and family members.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills, documentation abilities, and effective communication skills.
