Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services aimed at enhancing patient independence in daily living skills. This role involves evaluating patients, developing comprehensive treatment and discharge plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to patient needs.
• Accurately document all services provided in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in alignment with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and actively engage with patients’ families.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills, effective documentation abilities, and excellent communication skills.
