Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring that all medical procedures and protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting any changes and reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; evidence of continued education is a plus.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Schedule Requirements

The position requires flexibility to work weekends and alternating shifts as needed to ensure patient care continuity.
