Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians following practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
