Sonographer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sonographer to perform a variety of ultrasound procedures, focusing on general cases including abdominal, OBGYN, small parts, abdominal vasculature, lower extremity DVT, and follicular assessments. Proficiency in all trimesters of obstetrics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ultrasound examinations on patients for diagnostic purposes.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of sonographic images.
• Work with diverse cases, including abdomen, OBGYN, and small parts.
• Assist in the assessment of abdominal vasculature and lower extremity DVT.
• Demonstrate expertise in all trimesters of obstetrics.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
• Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, including GE Logiq E10 and Samsung R20.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency in sonography techniques, with a focus on obstetrics and general cases.
• Experience in NICU and OR settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

This position requires availability during evening and overnight shifts, specifically Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
