Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to a diverse range of patients, primarily in an outpatient setting.

Essential Functions

• Treat an average of 8-12 patients daily in 30 to 45 minute sessions.
• Focus on orthopedic conditions, with additional management of general weakness and neurological issues.
• Conduct evaluations primarily for acute care and swing bed patients, with minimal inpatient responsibilities.
• Collaborate with a team, including one rehab aide, under the supervision of the PT Manager.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time position with 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Minimal weekend requirements, approximately 1-3 hours once every 2-3 months.
• No holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• One year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA is required.

Dress Code

Professional workplace attire or scrubs is required for all staff members.
