Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in an inpatient rehab setting. The ideal candidate will be motivated, compassionate, and ready to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in acute care/med-surg and rehabilitation settings.
• Proficiency in CERNER is required.
• Must be able to work rotating weekends.
• Previous charge nurse experience is required, with a willingness to lead a team of patients during each shift.
• Ability to start ASAP is required.
• Must demonstrate teamwork and accountability and be open to constructive feedback while maintaining a positive attitude.

Shift Details:

This position involves a 3×12-hour shift from 06:45 to 19:15. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend.

Certifications:

• Current CPR certification is required.
• ACLS certification preferred; required if assuming a charge nurse role.

Work Environment:

This role entails providing care in an inpatient rehab setting, where patients typically stay for about 14 days.
